Have you ever imagined yourself having the perfect physical body?  A body that you are proud of, that is strong, lean, muscular, and full of vitality?  A body that is flexible, powerful, and aesthetically beautiful as well.  Imagine if you were free of the constant struggle to lose the excess weight that is around your middle.  Imagine that you are at your optimal physical weight, and how you exude complete confidence in everything you do.   That your body was like a fat burning machine, with a metabolism so high that you could transmute anything you ate into energy.  Imagine you are free of all of the past analogical experiences related to food, exercise, thinking you are fat,  and judging YOURSELF harshly for not doing what you THINK you "should" be doing to achieve your fitness goals.  And free from the WORRY of gaining weight from something that you ate that you believe to be "bad" for you.  Imagine just being free of the confusion of thinking "what SHOULD I eat"?

Those who have studied quantum physics or the work with us know that the body is a hologram.  It is created by thought.   Therefore it can be affected and changed by thought.  In the 3rd dimension (where we are currently), it can also be affected by your intent when you choose to exercise, eat certain foods, balance your hormones, and live in a state of harmony.  You might also have past experiences and beliefs that says creating your body the way you desire it requires a lot of work!  This is because of 2 things.  One, the personal merkaba of most people is off.  The top electrical portion of the merkaba is spinning at 21 and the bottom magnetic portion is spinning at 34.  Too many particles and not enough anti-particles is what this manifests as, along with excessive physical weight around the waist areas of people.  When the energy doesn't circulate in your body correctly, or you have heavy imprints from past traumatic events, or J-seals, DNA blockages, etc., this will manifest into physical weight.  Most people that have gone through physical abuse as children end up extremely overweight because they are carrying these imprints.

The other reason that most people have difficulty achieving their desired body is because their choices are incongruent with their goals.  That is, they know WHAT to do to achieve progress towards their goals, they just don't follow the program and are not consistent.  This is where a mentor comes in.  Having a personal mentor to keep you on track is essential to success in anything that you do.  Why do people not follow a program?  Because they do not have a mentor keeping them on track.  Also, because of their beliefs and the pain/pleasure principle.  One person might have the belief that the only way they can lose weight is to run 5 miles a day.  Another person may think they can only lose weight by diet pills.  Another may think they must starve their self to lose weight.  Another may think that eating carbs will make them fat.  There are millions of beliefs out there about diet and fitness and the physical body and that's why there are so many different books on it.  Most people are really confused by this and don't know what works and what doesn't.  In reality, every person's DNA template is different and requires different nutritional sources and physical exercise.  One program does not fit all.

Also, everything that a person does is to either gain pleasure or avoid pain.  When you have made a neuro-association that going to exercise or eating healthy equals pain for you, then of course you won't stick with it.  So we must identify and repattern these neuro-associations to make your choices in LINE with your goals.  If eating a donut is more pleasure than pain for you, then you are going to have a difficult time turning one down when it is in front of you and this will set you back on your program.  Plus probably incur some guilt later on.

Once you have POSITIVE neuro-associations with your nutrition, exercise, and everyday routine, THEN it becomes like driving a car - you don't have to THINK about what to do, you just do what is the best choice and that is congruent with your goals always.  It's like making all of your free-will choices in line with Source-will.

Dear Toby,

 

On reaching my weight goal and my percent body fat goal, I have been reflecting on the process of the Ultimate Holistic Success Fitness Program.  I am in overwhelming gratitude to you for making the UHSFP available to all who choose to say YES to change.

 

I am now 63 and began "dieting" in my early teens and have tired many diet programs.  At the conclusion of the programs I still saw myself a "fat person" and proceeded to gain back the weight.  The difference with the UHSFP was the feeling of control I had during the entire process and the developing appreciation of me, the changes in my body and overall well being. Another big difference was that I was not hungry during the process and I now have tools to maintain my weight and fitness level.

 

What worked well for me in the UHSFP was that at each step you presented information, guidelines, and encouragement but it was my responsibility to find further information if necessary, make choices, and follow through. An example was your presenting the guidelines of how to figure out how many calories I could eat in order to lose weight and the amount of exercise necessary, but it was up to me to do the figuring and be responsible. The journaling, which included feelings, food and exercise information, and choices I made concerning food and exercise, was also a tremendous help to me because it assisted me in evaluating my habits and taking responsibility.  The feedback I received from you during weekly sessions on MSN and responses to my daily e-mails was so beneficial because you continued to ask questions and present information that I then needed to evaluate.  The most important question you asked in each session was, "and what changes can you make to be even more successful?"  In the sessions, the discussions would revolve around difficult situations, food choices, habits related to food, and my resistance to going to a gym and then you made suggestions that encouraged me to try different approaches to the situations.  The sacred holistic codes you activated, the clearing of blockages, and the use of Transcendental Inquiry, I believe, assisted in the ease of this entire life changing process.

 

In the process, I lost 30 pounds and my body fat went from 34.5% down to 19.5%.  I also went down 4 sizes in clothes.  I feel now more comfortable in the gym than I have ever felt.


Now, as I have reached my goals, the best part is not completing program but a continuation of new way of healthy living...and I am continuing to go to the gym twice a week!
