Reclaiming your Power by Letting Go of Victimization
Hello consciously evolving friends!~
We (Swamini Amenanda and myself) recently gave a free workshop in Cancun, Mexico about Victimization and it was quite powerful for all who attended. I am summarizing the knowledge from the workshop here in this newsletter.
Victimization is basically blaming others for our own unhappiness. Most people have suffered from intense victimization in past lives. Most of the world is still struggling with the victim/victimizer blame game. This is how wars start and why they keep going. I was reading the headlines of the paper the other day - "U.S. blames Iran for Iraq Problems" :) It's amazing how the collective holodynes manifest into this.
Karmic Sessions help shift victimization/tyranny cycles by releasing many personalities and energy configurations (Ids) of blaming others for our own unhappiness (being a victim). Yet knowledge and willingness is also required in order to completely absolve victimhood. The Karmic Sessions assist people in removing layers of neural nets of the emotional trauma of victimization. Yet some people only desire a little bit of relief, not change and not knowledge, so they can continue to be a victim or predator :) But with knowledge, we can identify and consciously choose to release victimization, and see how we are actually sometimes perpetuating the cycle by agreeing to play certain roles, because a victim cannot exist alone. Most imprints require an Aggressor to manifest the Victim.
Please keep in mind that this is a PERSONA, and is not the actual person. We are not supposed to be victims :) It is a part of the Shadow self. We are all individual creators made in the image of the ORIGINAL creator, Source/God, and thus have all of the co-creative abilities. Things do not "happen" to us, we create them. It is a part of a person's shadow self composed of Ids or Identities that the person created in their past in an analogical state of mind, when they fell into victimization, and these Ids can be removed in a Karmic Session.
Most people do not see how their thoughts are creating the things that appear to "happen" to them, because it usually takes at least 3 days to manifest a thought. So if a person emotionally energizes a fear today, of something that they DON'T want to happen, in about 3 days, this thought has no choice but to manifest, because the person put so much emotional energy behind it. Emotion powers the manifestation. And when it DOES manifest, usually the person will fall into victimization and blame what happened on someone or something else :) They don't realize that it was the worry that they had 3 days ago that is now manifesting into their reality.
Another Id complex that is very common with victimization is called Victim-Persecutor-Rescuer Complex. Usually if a person plays one of these roles, they will end up playing all three. For example, if you play "Rescuer", and the person you are rescuing does not need it and doesn't accept your truth, then you may become the "Persecutor", persecuting the person for not changing as you see fit. When they become resentful enough of your unwelcome attempts to save them, often THEY will lash out and Victimize YOU. If they become the "Persecutor" and then victimize you, later they are likely to feel guilty and try to save you as well, making them the "Rescuer". These roles tend to cycle and repeat over and over again - the classic "karmic loop".
Below are some of the words and phrases we usually say when we unconsciously enter in victimization patterns. For in truth when one is in full responsibility of one's creation, these words shift into more responsible ones, and usually into I STATEMENTS, that do not blame or condemn, but that actually signal us the way out of victimization in to the manifestation of a more responsible creation in which "I CREATE MY REALITY, I AM RESPONSIBLE OF MY CREATION and I AM IN FULL CAPACITY OF CHANGE MY CREATION WHEN I DESIRE THIS TO BE SO".
It's your fault.
But I did the best I could.
This is happening because you didn't help me.
I am sooo disappointed.
It's o.k I will sacrifice myself for you.
This always happens to me.
What's the point?
I can't, it's a rainy day.
She told me to do it.
You don't understand me.
You make me miserable.
He makes me angry.
I have always been so good to you.
Unnecessary OUCH! comments.
You never say that you love me.
I am always doing everything here.
I HAVE TO WORK.
I have always tried to please you!
Nobody thanks me for what I do.
I AM SO MISERABLE.
Can't you see how much I suffer because of you?
Don't you remember when I used to help you?
After all I have done for you!
I have no luck.
She is so lucky.
One of the most prevalent ones is "I am sooooo disappointed". Think about this. When you tell someone you are disappointed, what are you actually saying?
That your disappointment is because of THEM and they should feel guilty because YOU feel disappointed. Putting a guilt trip on another person is one of the most common ways people manipulate others. Most families are very heavy into guilt and blame. And we as children inherit the guilt of the parents through the DNA. This is what shuts down children's natural state of childhood exuberance, usually starting at around the age of 4 - when the imprints from the parents start activating in them.
Here is a definition of Disappointment: When the EGO wants things to be different from what they are...
How to get past this? Accepting WHAT IS... and TRUSTING in Divine Right Timing.
A master realizes that no one can disappoint them. No one can upset you. You choose upsetness. You can choose to be angry. There's nothing "wrong" with anger. Anger is a very powerful emotion and can be used for motivation. And you can also choose to reclaim your power and take responsibility for your
thoughts and creations as well.
By eliminating the victimization phrases above from your vocabulary and focusing on "I" statements, one can get out of victimization cycles and reclaim much more power. But even if the person is consciously ready to get past victimization, if they still have past Ids associated with being a victim, the frequency of these Ids will still attract them to the exact same frequency of people, places, times, things, and events that will victimize them, until these Ids are removed, which is what I focus on in the Karmic Sessions. This is why psychotherapy does not work. You can talk to someone about their issues for years and they can understand and acknowledge that they are not a victim, but since the Ids are still there at the quantum level, they will still influence that person's reality and attract to them situations that still confirm that they are the victim.
Think about the following 2 statments:
"I AM happy" or..
"She makes me happy"
Which one feels more powerful? The "I" statement. No one can "make you" be anything. Make me statements puts pressure on the giver and creates a false sense of power.
I recommend a Karmic Session to remove all past Ids of victimization and then the Advanced Coaching focusing on applying the knowledge shared here to truly become sovereign. Even if you've already had a Karmic Session before, doing one specifically focusing on removing Victimization will be extremely beneficial
in unplugging this program from your reality field. These Ids were not created overnight and are usually from hundreds of past lifetime experiences, so there are often many, many layers associated with this.

Sorry I haven't sent you feedback sooner as I have been busy with school. Anyway the first DNA Activation was something that I have never experienced before. I immediately felt you working on my Crown chakra and I could actually feel a lightness of my being, like a weight was lifted from my pysche. The week after the session opened up my eyes to the fact that when dealing with others in any conflict, I was not in some cases actually dealing with another individual but rather the persons thought forms or their discarnates that somehow manifested within the individual(s). Which reminds me to be careful to not
manifest negative thoughts. The DNA2 session was hard to put into words but I felt that all of chakras where aligned with the waving or your hand. I could actually feel all of the chakras align in what felt like a tree of lights "lighting up". I could actually feel energy infuse into all of my cells within my body. I work in an environment where agility of mind or intelligence is necessary to get the job done. What the majority of the people who work with me don't realize is that the use of intelligence can be a form of hatred or can manifest into anger. I have learned that a majority of people are just uninformed of this fact. Daily I have incorporated the manifestation of people being respectful of one another and immediately I have seen this goal manifest. It's great to see this type of manifestation since it keeps everybody within GRACE. It's also liberating to see manifestations of this type materialize since it makes our world a little bit better in our lives. I have also incorporated use of the Maharic seal and shield daily. I best describe the feeling from this as being "Solid". I had a friend who practiced psychic readings tell me a long time ago that she sense that I was not "completely" here in our current dimension. I kind of felt this my whole life but with the DNA Activations and the use of the Maharic seals and shield I feel completely here and in tune with just about everyone I come into contact with. I also "divinely" get literature on how to manifest goals in my life. I have occassionally
released negative layers as well but the deep seated anger actually feels like a layer being released rather than a deep seated conflict or issue. I have also seemed to avoid negative issues or situations with a more developed intuition and in turn I'm seeing more positive people come into my life. Basically I feel like a formula race car rather than an economy vehicle, but at the same time it feels normal. I have studied microcosmic meditation in the past and I think the Taoist were close but were missing something when compared to the J-Seal removal, Auric and Karmic cleansing, and the DNA Activations. Hi Toby,
Thank you so much for the karmic release session. I was immediately aware of your presence as soon as the session started. My whole body had an amazing amount of energy going though it, especially my head and neck. It was amazing to watch the screenplay going through my mind of people and situations that came up and then were released. Some people I already knew and there were others that I haven't met yet. It was as though parts of my life were being collapsed because I didn't need them anymore. I was feeling happy and relaxed after the session. I then had the most intense divine fever for about five hours or so. My husband couldn't bear to go near me because I was so hot. He wanted to take me to hospital, but I knew I wasn't sick. Then as suddenly as it started it was gone, along with all the negative feelings. I have been feeling the best I have in years ever since. I am looking forward to booking my first DNA session in a week or so. Again , my utmost gratitude appreciation to you for your amazing healing abilities.

Frequency and How it Affects Our Relationships
This lesson is about frequency and how frequency affects your relationships and reality. This is one of the first things I teach in my Advanced Coaching for Manifestation Training because it is so important. Everyone has a certain frequency - the vibratory-oscillation rate of their DNA. It ranges between about 50 - 150 Ghz. Frequency is extremely important because of RESONANCE. You have a certain frequency and you resonate with people, places, times, things, and events that have similar if not identical frequency.
How does this affect your relationships with other people? Well, it works as follows. Two people do not get together or have "something in common" unless they are at the same or very similar frequency. This is so important to understand that I would like you to re-read the last sentence and think about it.
It doesn't have ANYTHING to do with LOOKS, cultural background, education, skin color, finances, nationality, interests, etc. Two people will only get together and stay together (RESONATE) if they have the same frequency, period.
For example, if you walk into a restaurant and look at the people sitting at a specific table, you will notice that they all have similar frequency. This is why friends "get together". And this is ALSO why friends or spouses separate. If one of the person's frequency rises, and the other stays the same, then soon the 2nd person will FALL right out of the other's hologram. They will fall out of the frequency range of the other person, so they cannot connect no matter how hard they try. Have you ever thought about why some of your friends from high school are no longer your friends and you don't have contact with them anymore? It's because your frequency changed and you literally cannot "see" them anymore. We are able to perceive as reality the thoughtforms of the collective masses as they were placed within the frequency bands that now exist one dimension below the frequencies within which our present focus of collective consciousness is stationed. So for example, if you have 5 strands of DNA activated and your consciousness is stationed in dimension 5, then you will see as solid the thoughtforms of dimension 4. This is why different people perceive "life" totally differently. Because of the level of their consciousness and DNA activation level.
Think about all the really strange combinations of couples out there - people that you would never dream would get together :) They are together because they have the same frequency. When you look at it this way (frequency-wise), you can also see why you are not together with certain people anymore, and you don't have to feel so bad about the "relationship not working". If the frequency is not similar, then the 2 people will not stay together. On the same note, if you are working in an environment that you don't resonate with, you will not be able to stay there. You can actually FEEL that you don't resonate with the place or the people, and eventually something will "happen" to allow you to leave. This may be unpleasant or disappointing at first if you don't know the laws of frequency.
Also, during the holiday season when family members get together for Christmas or celebrate other things, the frequency element becomes really obvious :) Most people have certain siblings or family members that they just don't resonate with. And what happens is that the parents or grandparents who try to "keep the family together", don't realize that it is all about frequency, and they try to force everyone to "get along" :) This is why there is so much drama in families, because of the differences in frequency and consciousness levels. Just because you incarnated into a specific family line doesn't mean that you should automatically resonate with everyone in your family. Oftentimes, our past-life worst enemies actually incarnate into our same family line and become our fathers, mothers, or siblings. This is very common actually. Why do they do this? To heal the hatred and allow the person to own it wisdom and evolve spiritually.
One thing that really confirms the way that everything is governed by frequency is when I try to connect to one of my coaching clients for the first session. If the client has the frequency, we will connect immediately through Sightspeed and the communication will be great. If the client doesn't quite have the frequency, there will always be some "problem", that appears technical or internet related, but in actuality is because the frequency doesn't quite match. So I will then do a session or two on the person to help raise their frequency and remove anything blocking us from connecting, and as soon as I finish that, we are always able to connect with no problems, without changing any software setting, etc.
So how then do we raise our frequency? Well, there are 3 main ways -
1) Do sessions or energy work to remove the lower vibrating energetic blockages, karmic imprints you inherited from your parents at fetal integration, and activate dormant DNA to allow you to draw and hold higher frequency from your soul and oversoul levels. This work can commence with the Auric Clearing, Karmic Sessions, and DNA Activations and can continue with expanded knowledge of how to work on yourself.
2) Exercise mental body control and only emotionally energize high frequency thoughts such as unconditional love, joy, bliss, gratitude, and exuberance.
Avoid fear, anxiety, worry, despair, and depression, as all of these are very low frequency thoughts and will attract you to the same frequency of people and situations.
3) Getting into as deep a mental state as possible through meditation, yoga and other techniques - like theta or delta states. When you are in these deep states is when you are closest to your God self and are being the "observer" in quantum physics, collapsing those energy waves into space/time sub-atomic particles as in thought manifestation.
In the Advanced Coaching, I am teaching how to use ones newer high frequency obtained from the sessions to specifically thought-seed a person's desired manifestation into their DNA template on all 12 levels using scalar language, so that this manifestation will then be projected to them by their Higher self.
In this way, the person manifests only what is in LINE with their Higher self, and doesn't create a bunch of chaotic things either in their "external" reality or in their body. The first four sessions help raise a person's frequency and they will naturally resonate with a new grid of people, places, times, things, and events, and the previous grid of people, places, times, things, and events that the lower vibrating blockages that they had attracted to them will gradually fall away. That's why it's always recommended that a couple go through this work together so that their frequency rises together.
